This beautiful farmhouse is located in a quiet, dead-end street in Bocholt; close to the Dutch border. The whole consists of a house, a historic watermill, horse stables, an indoor arena with canteen, a party room with sleeping facilities, a pigsty, storage rooms, a walking mill and an outdoor arena. Furthermore, there are numerous possibilities for the stay of guests.
The recently renovated house has an open kitchen, a dining room, an upstairs room with TV corner, a desk and a bedroom with bathroom and guest toilet on the ground floor. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and a sink. The top floor of the house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious with a walk-in closet at the back. The bathroom has two sinks, a toilet and a bath with shower. The attic is accessible through a hatch, but is currently not furnished.
The historic water mill currently serves as a storage. Along the mill is a bridge to get to ‘the island’. This is a pleasant piece of garden, enclosed between twee rivers. The horse stables are on the left of the watermill. In this stable building, there are a total of 12 boxes, a washing room and a tack room. Opposite of the stable is the indoor arena with a furnished canteen. The size of the indoor arena is 12,5m x 39m.
A covered storage area is provided on the left side of the indoor arena. The old bivouac or party room with sleeping facilities is located on the right side of the arena. Next to this is an old pigsty. The outdoor arena is located behind the indoor arena and has the dimensions of 20m x 60m.
Above the stables, there is a possibility to let guests sleep over. On the left of the stables, is another storage room with the manure storage at the back. Behind all this is a walker. All the meadows are electric fenced.
