This equestrian complex is located in a highly residential area in 's Gravenwezel on the edge of a forest. The center of Schoten is only 5 km away, and Schilde center is just 6 km away. The E19 (Antwerp - Breda) is also easily and quickly accessible.
Various riding opportunities are available in the area, with direct access to various horse routes.
The stud farm is accessible through the automatic entrance gate which leads to a spacious parking lot (100m x 35m) with gravel paving. The entire equestrian complex was designed and realized by Lambert-Geerkens.
Residential Units:
The property has 2 residential units: on one hand, a loft with 3 bedrooms, and on the other hand, a groom's studio. These two residential units can be accessed from the stable building.
The loft is located above the cafeteria with a view on the indoor arena. It consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a desk, a dressing room, overlooking the living room, a bathroom with a bathtub, double sink, and toilet, 3 bedrooms, a second bathroom with a shower and double sink, a separate toilet, a laundry room, and a cozy terrace in bankirai wood. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
The groom's studio overlooks the indoor arena and the stables and has a living area and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. A connection for a washing machine is available.
Equestrian area:
The accommodation consists of around 80 stables. Because maintenance and efficiency are very important assets, the stables have automatic drinking troughs and a special manure removal system from Lambert-Geerkens.
In addition, there are 2 indoor washing areas with hot and cold water, 2 outdoor washing areas, a solarium, and 4 tack rooms.
There is 1 indoor arena of 20m x 50m with a sand footing and automatic watering system. The second indoor arena of 28m x 62m has a geopad footing, and automatic watering system. The jury tower overlooks the second indoor and is located next to the loft.
Furthermore, there is an outdoor jumping arena of 50m x 90m on a geopad footing with tilting light poles, a horse walker, a lunge arena of 15m diameter, also on a geopad footing, a large terrace with a bar, and 3 manure storage areas.
The cafeteria for 250 people has a fully equipped industrial kitchen (combination oven, 2 fryers, gas stove, baking and grilling plate, dishwashers, etc.). There are also 3 air conditioning systems. There is a large cellar under the cafeteria with a tap connection, water softener, dishwashing installation, cooler, etc. There is also a room with an industrial washing machine and dryer. This room can also be used by customers/riders. The ladies' and gentlemen's toilets are separated.

Every area in the stud farm is equipped with a fire alarm.
All corridors, stables, etc... are equipped with a camera system.
The property has a 120,000-liter rainwater tank (underground) to allow the watering of the indoor and outdoor arenas.
